    A real person reviews your request, asks any questions, and emails you a free quote with the price, material, color, timing, and shipping for your project. Happy with it? We'll send a secure Shopify invoice by email so you can pay with a card or Shop Pay.

    We print it, you enjoy it

    As soon as you've approved and paid your invoice, we get to work. Custom pieces take about 2 weeks, because we print prototypes and test them for design flaws before the final print. Then we ship it to you.

Custom print FAQ

How does pricing work?

Quotes are always free. If we design a model for you or modify an existing one, there's a design fee of $35 to $150 depending on how complex it is. The print itself is priced separately based on size, material, detail, and quantity. You'll see everything spelled out in your quote. Once you approve it, we'll email you a secure Shopify invoice (a checkout link you can pay by card or Shop Pay), and we start work as soon as it's paid.

How long will it take?

Plan on about 2 weeks for custom work. That time includes printing prototypes and testing them for design flaws, so your final piece comes out right. Have a date in mind? Add it to the form and we'll let you know honestly whether we can make it.

What materials can you print in?

We print in PLA, PETG, and PCTG. Tell us what your piece is for and we'll recommend the best fit and confirm color options in your quote. Want more than one color in a piece? Check the box on the form and we'll let you know what's possible.

How big can you print?

Our largest single piece is 250 x 250 x 250 mm (about 9.8 x 9.8 x 9.8 in). If your idea is bigger than that, we can talk about printing it in parts.

I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?

Absolutely. We can design from photos and sketches. Send a photo, a sketch with measurements, or a description, and we'll include the design fee in your quote.

How much is shipping?

We ship within the US only. Sorry, we don't ship to Canada or internationally. Depending on your order and the size of the piece, shipping may be free. If there is a charge, it'll be a reasonable rate, and it will be shown in your quote.

Can you print a model I found online?

Paste the link in the form. Many designers only allow personal use of their models, so we'll check the license before we quote.

How do I send my files?

Paste a share link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Printables, MakerWorld, Thingiverse) in the form, or email them using the address in the note under the form, with your name in the subject.
