Welcome to Little Rips 3D! These terms apply when you use our online store or place an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products
Many of our items are 3D printed by us. Because each one is printed, color, layer lines, and small surface details can vary slightly from the photos. Custom items are made from the details you give us, so please make sure those details are accurate. Some 3D printer accessories we sell are supplied and shipped by partner suppliers.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order because of a pricing error, unavailable materials or stock, or suspected fraud. If we do, we'll refund anything you were charged.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout when required. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, and you agree to pay all charges for your order.
Shipping
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier receives the package.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 14 days of delivery; unused, non-custom items in original condition can be returned; you pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect; custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective; and damage must be reported within 7 days with photos.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, try to disrupt checkout, scrape content, or upload unlawful material.
Intellectual property
Site content, photos, and product designs belong to Little Rips 3D LLC or its licensors. Please don't copy or resell them without permission. If you send us custom design files, you give us a limited license to use them only to make your order.
Disclaimer
Products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by Nebraska law, we disclaim warranties not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the store after a change, you accept the updated terms.
