Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you get from Little Rips 3D LLC. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Return window

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we'll email you return instructions.

What can be returned

Unused, non-custom items in their original condition can be returned. This includes 3D printer accessories that shipped directly from our partner suppliers (such as Wham Bam, PwnCNC, and Emzius). Partner items may need to go back to a different address than our shop, so please wait for our return instructions before you ship anything.

Custom and made-to-order items

Because custom and made-to-order 3D printed items are made just for you, they're final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund it, including the original shipping cost. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it's defective, we cover return shipping.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We refund the item price. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error. Refunds usually process within 5–10 business days after inspection.
